Fit and finish are on...
Fit and finish are on par with more expensive 1911's. Slide to frame fit is good, and the gun shoots very well. I like the wood grips on this, although, they seem just a little wider than what I'm used to. That being said, the Falcon feels good in my hand. After 3000 rnds. though, the ejector broke. Looking at the broken end, it appears that this was a cast part. Not a big problem though, twenty dollars and I got a replacement online. Five minutes later, I had the old one out and the new one in, and, I'm back in business! This would've been a five star review, but I have to ding it one star for the extractor breaking.

The fit and finish on...
The fit and finish on this 1911 is done very nicely. The end sight is not a night sight and that is about the only negative that I can say. This pistol has a great feel in your hand. Fires well and accurately enough. 250 rounds through it first day and no issues. I used both steel based ammo and brass. It did seem to shoot slightly more accurately with the FMJBT ammo. I would say for the price point this is an excellent fire arm. Fun to shoot, concealable and has that little extra "Hello I am here" when you are firing it that the 45 ACP is known for. I have a Colt Commander as well and truth be known this shoots close to as accurate. You have to give (as in most cases) an initial cleaning to get the shipping oil off of it but that was fun as well. LOL Yeah, I recommend this and since this makes several firearms that I have bought through Buds so far and I have no issues, zero, zip Nadda. I will be using them again soon.
