Pretty accurate . All i had was mini mags and stingers, no malfunctions of any kind. about 200 rds. i used a loader that is specifically made for this gun and it worked great.

Definitely research...
Definitely research the issues others have had before buying a CP33. The design is great. It's light and ergonomic, the controls are easy, the trigger is pretty good, the magazine capacity is amazing and there are loading tools out there that help speed things up. It's definitely a cool *idea,* just hampered by hit or miss quality control. I consistently had the first round fail to chamber (the button on the side only locks the slide, it doesn't release it, and the charging handle robs the bolt of some momentum), and I would always have several more failures to feed through each magazine. I also experienced the inside getting sprinkled with crescent shaped metal shavings off of rounds entering the chamber. These issues are common, and sending it back to KelTec has fixed everything for many people, as long as you clean and seriously lube the gun after each use. I just didn't want to bother. If you've read up on the common problems and are willing to take some time with KelTec customer service, then the CP33 definitely offers some features you cant find anywhere else

A: No, this pistol is not legal in NY state. It has a threaded barrel, and that alone is enough to make it restricted, add onto that the 33rd magazine (NY limit is 10rds) and now you've got 2 features that alone disqualified it.
