10 day delay, as it's...
10 day delay, as it's a special order, but finally came in. Took it out today and ran 175 rounds of various 380s threw it (after initial cleaning, inspection) Fed, shot, and ejected 100% with 0 hangups. However, the pistol shoots 8 inches low at 15 yards. Confirmed by the laser mounted on it. If I use the laser, it's spot-on (once it was adjusted) if using the sights, it's very low. Really needs a lower front sight or higher rear sight. This pistol has been out for almost 3 years, the internet is abuzz with this issue, yet Ruger hasn't addressed this simple-to- fix issue. I'll probably just buy a front sight blank, and make one myself, but really like the idea of tritium on a pocket pistol. The LCP Max is great besides this one issue.
