A: Hi Robert, unfortunately no. Even if your FFL will pin the mags to 10rds, Bud's will not ship. Sorry but this is Bud's policy.

A: Unfortunately, 100% No. Bud's policy is to remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines. Even, if your FFL will make the 15 rounders compliant by way of pinning.
