It is optic ready for the SIG PRO optic footprint and comes equipped with SIGLITE front and rear night sights.

A: Yes, the Sig Sauer P320 Compact 9mm pistol is designed and rated to handle +P ammunition. That being said, using +P ammo may cause premature wear on the internals so you'll want to perform inspections more often if feeding a steady diet of +P.
