This was my first carry comp, the S&W Shield Plus. It is a very good shooter! I like it well enough that I bought a Shield Plus with red dot for my ex wife. I wish I had gotten her the carry comp instead! Bud's service is great!

A: If racking the slide is an issue then I'd suggest looking at the Shield EZ models. The slides rack back with little to no effort! My wife has the Shield EZ .380 and is able to manipulate the slide easily. Here are what is available on Buds site. https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/q/shield+ez
