Gun is extremely...
Gun is extremely fitted tight. Very well made. All bar stock steel. Use after market mags, such as Mec-Gar, They ran great. Stock mags don't allow slide to lock back. Load stock mags and leave them alone for awhile. This may improve workability. Day one I shot 150 rounds through it. I knocked down steel plates at 60 ft. With ease. Disassembly was fairly easy. Reassembly is simple, however reinserting slide lock can be difficult. Likes to run wet. Good luck with your purchase. And of course made in USA.

This 1911 is my first Standard Manufacturing firearm. First time that I purchased a gun online. It is a good looking 1911, shoots as good as it looks. Have ran about 200 rds thru it with no issue's. Completely satisfied.
