One of the best budget...
One of the best budget options on the market, and it offers a lot of bang for the buck. In 2025, if you need a dirt-cheap gun, I'd probably grab a G3C.

Questions & Answers
Q: Some say good targeting but how far are you shooting. What is a good distance for target practice?
Author: David C.
(3) ANSWERS
A: since I carry and shoot for self defense I usually practice between 10-15 yards very rarely do I shoot pistols at more than 25 yards The NC canceled carry class has you shoot at 3,5 and 7 yards
Author: Randy I.
A: David, most handguns are used at close distances, so anything less than 15 yards is good practice. You should practice at varying distance on each range trip, say 5,7,10,& 15 yds. And just for good measure, throw in the occasional 25 yd target. Stay safe & have a great day!

A: Hi David and welcome. Most ranges suggest shooting from 3 to 15 yards. Most self-defense shootings happen at very close range. Some shoot at 25 yards for sight in of lasers, optics on handguns. Since everyone's agenda may be different, just sight in at the distance you are most comfortable with, unless of course you are Bob Lee Swagger. Cheers and stay safe!

Q: When picked up from local dealer
Author: Richard J.
(3) ANSWERS
A: Hi Richard, there are no additional charges from Bud's. You will have to pay your FFL a transfer fee, which can vary, usually $15-50. You may want to call and ask what the fee is before having it sent. In some states you will have to pay a background check fee, (my state is $15) again this varies and may not apply in your state. Stay safe & have a great day!
Author: Ed C.
A: you will have to pay the local dealer for receiving and transferring the gun to you most FFL holders charge from $15 to $35 for doing paperwork and transferring it to you
Author: Randy I.
A: Hi Richard and welcome. Yes, the FFL Dealer transfer fee is the only other fee. You can contact your selected FFL Dealer for their transfer fee amount. This usually runs from $20 to $40 depending on the specific FFL dealer. This is a standard fee. Cheers and stay safe!
