(The spring tensions...
(The spring tensions for the magazines are too tight.) The GX4 Carry is very thin and more compact than I had expected. The difference to the regular GX4 is basically the handle or mag well. It shoots flat because of higher than average recoil spring tension that absorbs more recoil. It does take a 15 round magazine. The gun does take some break-in time to be able to use a 15 round magazine. I could not rack the slide at first. The slide just will not rack rack the first round until the magazines are broken in. Just something to keep in mind when you first use it. It is not a malfunction of the gun. I just used 14 rounds until the gun and magazine break in. Overall the slide is very thin and compact. I'm happy with the performance, the GX4 Carry is a unique pistol. As of 3-7-26 extra magazines are all sold out. I think Taurus should have manufactured more magazines! Buyers of this gun will be very unhappy that no extra magazines are available at all. (Taurus should design springs magazines that are not so extremely tight.) ********(Not being able to rack the slide on a new gun is a problem!)********

Awesome out of the...
Awesome out of the box. Put 100 rounds of cheap ball ammo through it and no issues. It's a great gun overall out of the box and well worth It's price. Only complaint is the factory sights are terrible. But, since they're glock pattern, better sights aren't super expensive. Bought a few aftermarket goodies to make it better but it's a preference not a necessity. This was bought for daily carry. I was looking at a Glock 26 or a Sig 365 as an upgrade from my Taurus G2C but came across this and I'm glad I did. Better price and so far has been an awesome gun.

Taurus has always had...
Taurus has always had a bad wrap but there was something about this gun. Glad I purchased it. Fits good in the hand. A little snappy but you get back on target quick. My only complaint would be the sights but they can be replaced.
