A: No it is a pistol and not a NFA firearm so no stamp/tax required

A: Joshua, no Sir. It includes a Brace which does not change the classification from a regular Handgun/Pistol. Sn actual Shoulder Stock would change the classification from a Handgun/Pistol to an SBR (Short Barreled Rifle) needing NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp. Cheers and enjoy!

Q: Just wondering because most come with a thread protector with a pesky spot weld to take care of. I assume if it already is muzzled that is gone and able to switch and take off muzzles freely.
