So far, so good! I've really enjoyed mine. The fit and finish is impressive. Very easy to field strip for cleaning. It does shoot a little high but that is very common with single actions like this, obviously. But the groupings are good and consistent. Good shooter. Fun gun!

i have been looking...
i have been looking for a 45 lc revolver for a long time.i could not decide on black powder and converting it my self or buying it straight out converted and settled on this one. have shot it multiple times it has never failed me I had one time where the cylinder stuttered on my but took it apart cleaned and oiled it and good as new. this si the 8 inch barrell model so you will need a custom holster.

A: Hi David, Cimarron cartridge revolvers are single action and fall under single action exemption status, so they do not need to be listed under Cal DoJ's safe handgun roster. (However, I would poll your local FFL as with different law interpretations they should be able to verify this for you).
