This revolver came in...
This revolver came in the 7.5 inch barrel like the original Colt and has 4 clicks when pulling back the hammer just like the Colt. However it is chambered for 357 magnum, and you can shoot 38 special making it cheaper to shoot. The bluing and color case hardening are well done and the octagonal barrel is real nice, even though not historic it is good looking.

This El Malo is very...
This El Malo is very well made and finished. The case hardened parts are beautiful. The octagon barrel really looks good. The action is tight and locks solidly. Trigger is light and smooth. The El Malo is very accurate. I shot from 10 yds., 15 yds., and 25 yds. The groups were all 2" to 3". Not bad for the type of sights on this SAA. The 7.5" barrel helps with accuracy. I used .38 Special Cowboy Action loads and the recoil was very mild. The El Malo is the equal to SAA's costing much more.
