I have found that this...
I have found that this revolver is fast becoming one of the favorites in my collection. The quality, fit and finish are second to none. This revolver just has an excellent feel and balance. The sights are very much to my liking as I can get a very good sight picture due to the front sight not being too thin. The 7.5 inch barrel makes this revolver a natural pointer. Of course the .44 Remington magnum cartridge and the .44 Special cartridge have always been favorites of mine. Unlike many I appreciate the transfer bar safety system this revolver has. I like the compromise between practicality and authenticity as this gun is primarily for practical purposes although authenticity is sill a high priority. This gun has afforded me the opportunity to further my knowledge of single action revolvers and the many variations available on the market today. I look forward to may years of enjoyment from this gun.

Fine looking firearm....
Fine looking firearm. The fit and finish are excellent. Shoots a little low but a little file work will fix that. Deer chest groups at 50 yards. The only issue that I have is with the trigger and trigger guard. Both seem smaller than on my other single actions and they pinch my trigger finger under recoil.

A: Matt, this pistol will handle any SAAMI 44Magnum Factory load weights no problem. I would stay away from the really heavy hunting loads like Buffalo Bore or Doubletap.
