Bud's delivers again! One again Bud's has come through for me and delivered me a wonderful firearm. My Dad has an original late 60's Belgium made grade 2 BAR that I have often admired. I am a minimalist myself and having spent years never hanging on to one gun or another because I had no real functional and/or emotional investment in them, this BAR fills them both. Beautiful finish in the wood and bluing. My Dad's BAR has a Leupold 4x fixed power scope from the same year as the firearm and I mounted a much newer Leupold VX-2 on my BAR. I look forward to breaking this firearm in and giving it the treatment and respect this heirloom firearm deserves. Thanks Bud's. You deliver!

Absolutely beautiful...
Absolutely beautiful rifle. Only one cosmetic flaw and that is where top of butt meets receiver there is a ridge where the mating should be flush. Only small imperfection but considering price it is worth mentioning. As for performance...flawless thus far. I am a woman and the kick back is quite manageable; no more than expected for the caliber. Parts are well fitted with no play. The boss is performing as it should and rifle sited in at 100 yards very nicely. Can't wait to get her out this fall for some Elk hunting! Browning lives up to its reputation again Absolutely recommend this rifle. It will become a family heirloom that will last many generations if properly cared for.
