A: Here in NY, our local FFL dealers can absolutely sell an item with a threaded barrel as Long as it has a thread protector cap, or in this case a Faux Suppressor, that is Pinned & Welded. Now, that being said, I'm not sure if Buds will ship it to NY even though it is already pinned/welded?

A: Hi Rob, the faux suppressor is pinned/welded to bring the barrel to the legal overall length of 16", otherwise it would be a short barrelled rifle. When pinned/welded, the muzzle device counts as part of the barrel length. It cannot be removed. Stay safe & have a great day!
