A: Michael, you would need to get the barrel threaded first. The fake suppressor isn't a threaded on muzzle device in the traditional sense, more of a sleeve covering the otherwise exposed portion of the barrel that attaches right around the end of the handguard. A: not as it is configured (unless you are law enforcement) The 22 round magazine makes it illegal (it would be legal with a 10 round mag) "Permitted: ✔ All rimfire caliber rifles with a magazine capacity of 10 rounds or fewer (e.g.: .22LR, .17HMR, etc.) are permitted, excluding rifles with tubular magazines in lever-action firearms, which do not have magazine restrictions. A: Alex, not with the current 22rd Magazine Sir. Rim-fire caliber rifles are not considered "assault weapons" and can have features that center-fire rifles cannot. I have heard from members that if (Magazine Capacity) is the only feature standing in between compliance, some Customer Service Reps have offered this so I would contact Buds to see whether they will or not at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
