Excellent quality....
Excellent quality. Mounted a pic rail, Vortex scope, and a muzzle brake from Henry mostly because, well, 45-70's do kick. Brake took care of a large part of the recoil. Hornady 325gr holding 1-1/2" groups. Buds, as always, was perfect.

Finally bought a Henry...
Finally bought a Henry and was not disappointed. My fav about this rifle is the trigger action. The trigger pull wasn't sensitive nor was it tough. Very light, clean, and smooth. First hunt with it, used open sights it came with and got a kill. Terrific rifle.
