This is by far one of my favorite guns to shoot. It is tricky to shoot accurately with stock sights. I put a picatinney sight rail adapter on it and a cheap tascko red dot and can consistently hit 6" steel plate at 150 yards.

Warning: This model...
Warning: This model with the barrel strap front site was discontinued in 2016. If you are purchasing this product with plans to upgrade the sites then you are sh*t out of luck. Henry does not support discontinued firearms and nobody makes sites for this older version. The factory sites suck and you're stuck with them. I have all the original packaging and the gun has never been fired. I'm gonna sale it dirt cheap. It was my first and last Henry I'll ever buy. It ain't your grandpa's Henry anymore. Henry is crap!
