My new Heritage 92...
My new Heritage 92 rifle looks great with a beautiful glossy finish and decent wood. The action is surprisingly smooth. But it has had constant extraction and ejection problems since day one. I'm trying to get her running by cleaning, lubing and breaking in, but may have to wind up sending her back to Heritage for service. Since this issue is something very easy to detect with just a few test firings, I am extremely disappointed and must assume Heritage quality control is pretty poor. I wanted a .357/.38 Special lever gun for a while. And these rifles are a LOT less expensive than the new Marlin/Ruger lever actions. I guess I can see why. As usual, Bud's was great to deal with! But so far, I regret this purchase.
