I added this rifle to my western shoot collection. So far, the rifle has fed,chambered and shot flawlessly. I searched a long time in finding the best deal. Buds came through and I cannot be happier. I have made purchases through Buds in the past and never had any complaints. I wish I would have looked at Buds first for this purchase. It would have saved me some time.

I was impressed with...
I was impressed with the finish after reading all the negative stuff on Rossi. This gun is made in Brazil as it says on the barrel, but underneath the receiver it says Heritage manufacturing ,Bainsbridge, Georgia. Maybe the parts are made in Brazil. And then it's put together in Georgia. it fed the flat Tipton snapcaps, But when I got to the real bullets, which were very square nosed, I had trouble feeding, really had to jam the lever hard but it got better. I think just use round nose, will be fine. Accurate out of the box at 50 yd.
