A: Hi Darcey, the only reason it would be restricted is if your state has a melting point law. Even then, those laws are not strictly enforced, and it may well be for sale locally. But Bud's goes by the letter of the law and will not sell to those states. I can not think of any other reason this would be restricted. Stay safe & have a great day!
