The Hi-Point 4095TS 40 S&W carbine is a semi-automatic, blowback-operated rifle built around an all-weather polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer. It features fully adjustable iron sights with an adjustable post front and peep rear, plus multiple Weaver-style rails and a scope base for mounting accessories. This TS model also includes a factory laser and comes with a 10-round magazine compatible with factory JCHP40 handgun magazines.

A: Steven, accessories can be placed where you like since it is multi-railed. As far as shooting. Many folks shoot these lefty, you just have to adjust your "shooting style slightly" to the weapon. You can activate/deactivate the safety with your right hand, over the slide. I suspect you can hit the mag release with your middle finger of the left. Just takes a bit of adjusting.
