A: Theodore, this would be legal in NJ due to This 9mm model CRB having a Magazine Lock for CA compliance. NJ should understand that this feature makes the magazine non detachable when engaged. A: Theodore - This one appears to be NJ compliant. Of course, the final responsibility is on you to ensure you are ordering a firearm that is legal in your state. I also suggest you check with a local FFL dealer, to ensure this firearms is legal in NJ. IT would be a shame to order it and then not be able to have ti transferred to you because of some technicality of which none of us here are aware. Good luck.

A: Sorry but this is not new York compliant because of the threaded barrel, ability to accept the magazine outside of the pistol grip, and a Weight over 50 ozs. You can't have any of those restrictions. Hope this helps.

We are aware that some dealers in New York are selling the Vector CRB for California as a "New York model". Please be aware that the Vector CRB "California Featureless Rifle" is made specifically for compliance with California DOJ's specifications on "featureless rifles". It has not been reviewed nor approved by New York DOJ for compliance with NY SAFE." I would call and ask my LOCAL FFL as he would be the one putting his license on the line to transfer it to you
