Think twice before...
Think twice before buying a Mossberg product. This will be the last one I spend my hard earned money on. I bought a gun with a wood stock for the appearance. The stock has a defect in the finish. Stain pooled up in one spot and isn't uniform around that spot. I contacted Mossberg and was first asked for all info and pictures. They then told me cosmetics are not part of the warranty as they don't affect the function of the gun. Kinda like buying a new car with paint defects. They first offered to refinish the stock if I spend my money to send it in with a service ticket. I then complained and they said they would refinish or replace when they have one available as they have none at this time. For this reason I will never purchase a gun unseen from Buds again and will never buy another Mossberg. I had an issue with a Remington forearm years ago and Remington shipped one immediately. It may not be a big flaw but it's a flaw none the less
