Purchased the Mossberg Patriot .270 (Walnut) with the Vortex scope. Far nicer than I anticipated. It is a beautiful rifle. The weather has been rough so I have not shot it yet. All reviews suggest sub-MOA accuracy. I can't wait to put some rounds through it. Quality of stock and barrel / bolt are amazing. The trigger pull is crisp and outstanding. Don't wait, get this rig!

Excellent rifle...
Excellent rifle especially for the money. It was shooting 1 MOA at 100 yards with some inexpensive soft points. The Vortex Crossfire II functions great and is very clear. Would definitely recommend this rifle and set up to any body looking for a good long range rifle.
