Received the gun in a...
Received the gun in a timely matterto my FFL. Gun came in a box and secured in a baggy inside. Clean and no blemishes. Gun is as ordered and love ordering from Buds since they usually have what I want and their service is one of the best out there. Lots of guns in stock w various options. I love the Moss green as it is a little lighter than black. The Gun itself is smooth to me and you can watch many reviews on YouTube to add the Ranger Precision parts I added. I love this gun and can't wait to shoot it. In a lever gun at $500 you have to shoot it to smooth out the action if you want super smooth. You won't get Cowboy action out of the box. You have to shoot it and then make your slick options if desired. I will shoot it as a target shooter on range on ranch and blow up ice bottles and the like. The sites are actually really cool with the O-Ring looking back site(not sure of real name) and the front site is actually really nice to see through. I will add my own red/green dot though with my bad eyes. Rossi is a quality brand. I also have a .357 Henry lever action as well. LOVE BOTH!!

These Rossi "modern"...
These Rossi "modern" lever-actions are really cool. I just use this gun for fun on the range, so I shoot .44 Special ammunition. With a silencer it is very quiet and fun to shoot. The color is also more interesting than the traditional "tactical black" of the modern guns. The large loop lever really doesn't add anything, but it does look cool. I am happy with it.
