I like the gun. I...
I like the gun. I havent fired yet but dont expect any problems.. BEWARE THOUGH. i did have a issue with cycling some ammo! I had some loaded 44 special in 240gr RN with a medium flat on top that measured in at 1.44" OAL.. the bullet would feed on the lifter but then another would try to feed and jam between the tubing wall and the lifter right on the mouth opening.. The lever would lock open and not budge.. Found that if i removed the lever screw and the lever it would release pressure on the lever and the bullets would come out of the tube.. I had some 265gr Cast lyman 429244 SWC that i loaded at a OAL of 1.545", they loaded right up and fed and ejected. NO JAMS! beware that too short a case may cause alot of jams. Other than that it was TIGHT and nice looking.. no missing screws or anything... I think it will be a nice shooter and i like it!
