The Ruger M77 Hawkeye Long-Range-Target in 6.5 PRC is built for precision shooting with a free-floated, heavy-contour 26-inch target barrel and a controlled-round feed action. A two-stage adjustable target trigger helps deliver a consistent break, while the three-position safety supports loading, unloading, and bolt lock. The 20 MOA Picatinny rail and integral scope-mount receiver are designed to support long-range optics, and the Ruger Precision Rifle Hybrid Muzzle Brake helps manage recoil and muzzle blast.

Very good, not...
Very good, not excellent. In this price range the action, trigger, muzzle brake, and barrel are all 5 stars in my opinion. The stock is not. For something marketed as a long range target stock, it is lacking. It is super light and thin, and a soft(er) wood. Beech wood perhaps. It came with no pillars, and had no bedding whatsoever. It just has the machine screws on the sides to tighten the stock to the action, and a recoil lug in a poorly cut, loose fitting slot. Mine also was not free-floated as claimed. It was hitting the bottom of the barrel channel, and the left (passenger's) side of the channel. I had to do a lot of sanding, then I glass bedded it. I'm shooting slightly better than 1 MOA at 100 with factory 147 ELD Hornady's currently. With reloads and a broken in barrel, it should only get better. My only other gripe is I wish it was 1:7" not 1:8" twist. Those 150 Sierra's are pretty sweet!
