This is a great rifle...
This is a great rifle super happy I bought a Savage like that I can adjust the stock the scope is sweet easy too adjust had it shooting a decent group in 15 shots at 120 yards with cheap Remington ammo bolt is smooth and feels great love the savage 110 action trigger is really nice don't plan to adjust at all uses same mag as my axis does I wish I had waited and bought my 350 legend in a Savage 110 already replaced the scope on my Italian made rifle I should have stuck with what I now as always buds does a bang up job I've never had a issue with buds they have a customer for life don't hesitate to buy a Savage 110

I can not express how pleased I have been with this rifle. I purchased this rifle specifically for white tail deer hunting this year. The item was described as being laser bore sighted and whoever laser sighted this gun got it dead nuts. I only had to adjust it about a 1/2" @ 100 yards. Super easy to sight in! The vortex crossfire scope that this ships with is simply amazing. I have never owner or even shot a rifle with a scope that was this clear. The groupings I was shooting with this rifle and scope combo were simply amazing. I would not say I am anything special when it comes to shooting but I was able to easily place 5 rounds within an inch at 100 yards. \r \r A lot of people think they need a larger rifle for whitetail deer hunting and I can personally tell you that is not true. I was fortunate enough to harvest 3 whitetail this year. Two of the deer were at about 100 yards out and the 3rd deer was about 130 yards out. I did my part and shot them through both lungs and the heart. All 3 deer dropped dead where they were shot. You do your part in terms of hitting the deer in the vitals and this rifle is more than enough to easily drop the deer. I was shooting .243 100 grain federal non-typical (soft point) ammo. I don't think the ammo brand matters all that much but I would highly recommend using 100 grain soft points for deer hunting. \r \r The extremely low recoil on this rifle makes it so enjoyable to shoot. This is the type of rifle that all you have to focus on is getting your sights lined up and pulling the trigger. There won't be any recoil anticipation lingering in your mind to make you miss that critical shot. \r \r I could go on and on, I simply love how great this rifle is and at this price point, what a value! \r \r Big shout out to buds as well. You won't find a better online gun retailer to deal with.
