This has to be the most accurate rifle I own within 100yrds. The loading sucks and there's no sugar coating it, you'll get used to it but don't let it persuade you away from the rifle. The only feeding issues I've had was using the butler creek 25 rd magazine. I put a Boyds stock on it and it's beautiful overall. I actually sold this rifle to get some cash and later went and bought it back when I could. I've sold at least 7 guns and this is only one I regretted and went to get back. My only regret was not getting one with iron sights. READ THOSE DESCRIPTIONS. Rest assured this rifle is a great option and well worth the money.

I bought my savage a22 for $201.00 a few months ago, what a nice rifle! Smooth shooting and not too difficult to field strip and clean. The iron sights are not usable, cannot get a sigh picture. Definitely a scope or red dot rifle, shoots very accurate with the right optic. I wouldn't hesitate buying this rifle if your on the fence, you will like it. Thanks for another great rifle buds!

Q: I bought this rifle a year ago at another place. First mistake. The sights are no good and the mag thT came with it took 10 minutes to load. So I contacted savage in Canada and bought Nother mag. A: Hi Dan and welcome. I love my Butler Creek A22 25-Round Magazines. They load so much easier than the rotary mags that Savage makes. Get them while you can! https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/051525000013
