Purchased Axis II...
Purchased Axis II Precision 6.5 Creedmoor. Super smooth experience. Received gun well packaged and very timely. As for the gun its very nice. Well exceeded my expectations. First range trip zeroed scope at 100 yards with 4 shots then progressed out to 700 yards hitting 18 inch steel target! Awesome! Only complaint is bolt is a little stiff lifting. Hopefully it will soften up a bit with subsequent trips. Overall very pleased with purchase.

I love this rifle but...
I love this rifle but it weighs a ton. So heavy and not a rifle you want to cart. With that said it is a tack driver. One of the most accurate rifles I have love it to shoot hate to cary.

A: Brian, this has an Overall Weight of 9.885lbs. I have a similar Savage 10 ba stealth and with a 5-25×50 scope and a bipod weighs right around 12 pounds. So definitely not a carry threw the woods hunting rifle but amazing for long range accuracy. Hope this helps.

A: Michael, yes sir, this takes aics mags. Same as my Savage 10 ba stealth. So the Ruger aics will work, I've had good luck with bergara aics style mags. If you Google the upc (011356552648) you can find 10rd savage aics magazines that come with the rifle. Hope this helps.
