Great Rifle. Great price & Always Great service from Bud's. Delivered when promised. I am a repeat Bud's customer. This my 2nd Tikka rifle. Unbelievably accurate. Sub MOA with every factory load I've tried. Great trigger & super smooth bolt. I live every thing about this rifle. Yotes at 300 yds, prairie dogs past that, this rifle is just fun to shoot.

over all this is a...
over all this is a good deal for the money.you get the same accuracy as higher priced rifles.some complain about the synthetic stock but its more stout than others that i have had.the bolt is super smooth and feeding is flawless.my only complaint is the plastic trigger guard and plastic plugs the put in the scope mounting holes both of wich were easy fixes. overal im very happy with this and local coyotes are nervous.

I bought the Tikka T3x...
I bought the Tikka T3x in 223 remington to replace the CZ 527 that I bought previously. I wanted a bolt action 223 that was significantly more accurate than an AR-15 and the CZ just wouldn't do the job so I sold it and put the proceeds toward a Tikka. I've only been to the range once with it so far but the results were impressive. I got my groupings with Hornady 55gr V-Max and averaged right at 1/2" with a couple of groups at 1/3" in spite of a strong breeze blowing. Now that's more like it! This rifle definitely shoots. Other observations: It is a long action rifle. It could easily accomodate a 30-06. They accomplish the 223 by blocking off the back inch of the clip to hold the rounds to the front. Odd but it works. A fairly heavy rifle. Heavier than the CZ. Obviously well made. The bolt is super smooth in spite of the long throw. I'll be keeping this rifle as my long range shooter.
