This rifle does not...
This rifle does not disappoint. Once I had my optic mounted, it was a matter of seconds later and my comb height was perfectly adjusted for eye alignment. The first 240 rounds have been stellar. 1/2" groups at 100y is nothing for the rifle, my best being a 3/16" using a front and rear bag. The rifle will flat out shoot. This is with factory 77gr SMK loads. I can only anticipate improvement once load development begins in earnest. Having the rifle just for a month or so, I wouldn't hesitate to instantly replace it. My .223 Super Varmint shoots lights out, is quiet as hell suppressed, just a really fine tool.

A: Buds says you can use both. I did not see anything on the Tikka site that says you can use both.

A: Hi Justin and welcome. The barrel is stamped .223REM so for safety and warranty reasons, higher pressure 5.56NATO ammunition should not be fired. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
