Incredible value!...
Incredible value! Great gun for the price. Very pretty. I opted for the 26" barrel for the Michigan Ruffed Grouse woods, and glad I did. It's a little shorter than I would like for sporting clays, but I have put around 400 rounds through it doing so. I liked this gun so much, I bought my wife one in 20 gauge, and bought a .410 for me.

Bought this for my wife as a match to her 20ga of the same gun. She is a novice skeet shooter, and wanted to try a 12ga. The 20ga has been modified to fit her by shortening the stock, lowering the Linbsaver recoil pad an inch, and canting the recoil pad 15-20 degrees. Looks odd, but fits her well. The 12ga received the same treatment. We took it out Thursday, and she shot 100 rounds through it. It functioned perfectly, recoil was manageable, she hit a lot of clays and had a great time. The odd setup on her guns gives her a very comfortable, natural mount. She's 5'4, so she needed a shorter LOP. Her neck doesn't tolerate a severe bend well, so dropping the heel let's her keep her head more upright. Her shoulder pocket isn't vertical (a common issue for women) so her natural hold canted the barrels. She is tough as nails, but not exceptionally strong - so light weight was her preference. She's not recoil adverse, and really likes the operation of the O/U. So I sought out a lightweight O/U that I wouldn't mind hacking up to make it fit her. We decided on the 20ga, and research led me to the 100Straight Pad Adjuster (https://100straight-com.3dcartstores.com/100-straight-pad-adjuster.html) and the Limbsaver 10800 Airtech recoil pad. I cut about 1 1/4 inch off the stock, scribed the adjuster plates to match the stock and pad (not each other, because they didn't need to line up) and went to work with the metal-cutting bandsaw and the disc/belt sander. An hour or so later, my wife was mounting the very first shotgun that actually fit her. Suddenly, skeet shooting became enjoyable for her. Next thing I knew, she wanted to try a 12ga. Given the success with the ATI in 20ga, the choice was pretty obvious. We went with this 26" 12ga for two reasons - she likes the compactness of her 26" 20ga, and the 28" 12ga was considerably more money than the 26". Placed the order Sunday evening, and it arrived at my FFL on Friday morning. Great service from Bud's! Being in California, had to wait 10 days. Picked it up Tuesday, repeated the modifications, added two Skeet chokes, and went to the range. Yes, it recoils more than the 20ga, but it also throws a third more pellets. The recoil is not severe. She shot four games - 100 rounds - and would have done more if it had been a warmer day. No soreness, no neck ache, no headache, no bruising - amazing how much better it is having a gun that fits! The gun runs flawlessly. The fit and finish are excellent, all I did was apply STOS grease to the action and ejectors. Trigger is very consistent, not gritty or heavy. It shoots great, and is an exceptional value at the price point. It fits her needs for a light weight O/U perfectly. If I were looking for a hunting O/U, I'd buy one of these in a heartbeat.
