Good gun for the money. Mine shot left, and I had to get an adapter to mount a red dot, which I had already planned to do. The optics mount on the gun is 11mm and there is NOTHING worthwhile in red dot sights in that category. Once you get the picatinny adapter you are fine. Soft kicker and no malfunctions. Great finish and seems like a solid well built shotgun. The online research I had done stated this takes Benelli chokes. This apparently was the older models. This one has the threads for the choke tube at the bottom of the tube, not at the top like the Benelli and most other choke tubes. It appears that Rem Chokes will work, but I have to call Carlson's to confirm. Also, it does not appear that there are any rifled slug barrel options, but I did not purchase it for this. If you are looking for a reliable do everything scatter gun this is a good and reasonably priced choice. Just be sure to pattern it.
