I can only compare...
I can only compare this to a couple other shotguns I own and give some opinions. First impression, this does not feel like a $1000 shotgun. I own a beretta outlander and an impala both of which were cheaper and have better fit and finish. That's all I can complain about. It cycles smoothly when shooting it. The ergonomics are great. I mainly purchased this for the halosun cut out and it fits perfectly. As with my other Mossbergs I will probably use it quite often as I will using this for turkeys, predators and maybe I will see if the halosun will help my old eyes in the duck blind. I will have to get a season of hunting on it before I could recommend it to anyone. Especially for the price. Feels like a $700 gun to me.
