Q: What is the constriction on the XFT choke that comes with this shotgun and are the chokes rated for steel and tss shot?

A: Hi Robert and welcome. This comes with (3) Chokes - Improved Cylinder, Modified and X-tra Full Turkey (.040 inches) chokes with wrench. It is steel rated. Cheers and stay safe!

A: Hi Robert, The Model 3000 comes with three choke tubes (IC, M, XFT) that run from improved cylinder to extra-full turkey and comes with choke tube wrench. Per the owner's manual, Use of Full or Improved Modified choke tubes is not recommended with steel shot. Steel shot is ok with Improved Cylinder or Modified. Stay safe & have a great day!
