Q: When the breach is opened does it automatically go to safety or is it manual mechanical, I don't care for the auto safety feature

A: Hi Mark and welcome. Breech open = Automatic Engagement: Also, when the safety is engaged, the trigger, hammer lever, and hammer are blocked, making the firing mechanism immobile. The safety slides backward to engage. Cheers and stay safe!
