The Benelli M1014 Limited Edition is a civilian version of the U.S. Marine Corps combat shotgun concept, built around Benelli’s reliable A.R.G.O. gas-operated piston system. This 12 Gauge semi-automatic tactical shotgun features an 18.5-inch barrel, a fixed Modified choke, ghost ring sights, and an anti-reflective MILSPEC Blue/Black finish. With a drilled and tapped receiver, it’s ready for mounting an optic for modern tactical and defensive use.

Have a Mossberg 940...
Have a Mossberg 940 patrol Have the Beretta 1301 and the a300 ultima. Had to get the Benelli m4. Not a big fan of the plastic foregrip so I went with a very nice Midwest industries hemlock foregrip also mag extension. Other than that I've left the gun stock besides of the charging handle so only three modifications at this time. That's where I'll keep it the gun is amazing probably one of the finest firearms I have amongst all above. Then there's a real shocker I picked up a panzer arms m4. The Turkish bernelli and guess what it's almost just as good as the original except for that weird ass skeletonized stock which I can put up with. I'm not kidding man I was a little bit shocked myself and by the way all these firearms listed above they have been foolproof and operations not one single issue except for the Mossberg 940 patrol they had one malfunction. Other than that operations are flawless on all listed above. Spend the money it's worth it.

Shot and functioned...
Shot and functioned great. Its a little big for me reach wise, just didn't feel as comfortable as a 1301. I'm 5'10" and average reach. I feel like this gun is for a larger man. Recoil was good just felt too stretched out. 5 star as gun was sweet just not for me.

It's a beautiful...
It's a beautiful weapon! It comes in several pieces that will require that you assemble the gun yourself! It was fairly simple to figure out, and i was able to do it without looking at the instructions. The stock that comes on the gun isn't the greatest, which is why I purchased the upgraded stock to put on it! And the two-piece plastic front grip, was probably the ONLY thing that I didn't get a quality feel from! And gave me a little disappointment when it comes to the overall feel for the quality! Especially when you calculate the costs of this gun. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I haven't been able to shoot with it yet and am excited to try it out! I just wish that it CAMER with a quality stock (the upgraded stock costs around 250.) and front grips could have been way better quality for the overall price of the gun, which is why I'm giving it a 4-star rating.

A: This is the M1014 model and not just the M4 model. The Benelli M4 Tactical shotgun is a unique, Auto-Regulating Gas-Operated (A.R.G.O.) semi-auto. The M4 Tactical is the combat service shotgun of the U.S. Joint Services today. Originally designed in 1998 for the U.S. Marine Corps, the M4 (M1014) was extensively tested at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. It proved totally reliable for safety, function, and performance.

A: Joseph, The skeletonized stock is fixed. The Benelli M1014 Limited Edition comes standard with a fixed-position skeletonized stock with a pistol grip and separate cheek piece. Like other M1014 versions, the shotgun can be quickly disassembled without tools and the stock is interchangeable with accessory field or pistol-grip stocks
