A: You may run into a technical issue because of the dual tubular magazines. CO law states : 2) (a) "LARGE-CAPACITY MAGAZINE MEANS: (II) A FIXED, TUBULAR SHOTGUN MAGAZINE THAT HOLDS MORE THAN TWENTY-EIGHT INCHES OF SHOTGUN SHELLS, INCLUDING ANY EXTENSION DEVICE THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE MAGAZINE AND HOLDS ADDITIONAL SHOTGUN SHELLS;OR (Dual Mags exceed this Requirement) (III) A NONTUBULAR, DETACHABLE MAGAZINE, BOX, DRUM, FEED STRIP, OR SIMILAR DEVICE THAT IS CAPABLE OF ACCEPTING MORE THAN EIGHT SHOTGUN SHELLS WHEN COMBINED WITH A FIXED MAGAZINE (Some dealers may while others may not. I would contact yours)

A: This Kel-Tec is legal in NY Rex. This is a pump shotgun with less restrictions than a "Semi-Auto" shotgun. 100% legal. All evil features such as pistol grips and threaded barrels go out the window because it is pump action with 2 separate tubes with a manual selector switch between the two..
