The M Armament MAC 2 Tactical is a lightweight 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun built around an inertia operating system for smooth, reliable cycling with a variety of loads. Finished in black anodized for durability, it pairs a Turkish walnut wood stock with fixed ghost ring and blade sights for fast target acquisition. A Picatinny rail is located forward of the rear ghost ring to mount a red dot or holographic optic for close-range and home-defense use.

Stock cracked after 3 rounds of buck but it did fire and function Recall was noticeable and you do need to break it in that helps

So, I read many...
So, I read many reviews online and decided I wanted this gun. Upon receiving this gun actually excited to have gotten such a sweet gun for the price. My FFL dealer told me ordered one for a friend and bought one shortly after. The only other customer was picking up a semi shotgun asked to see mine and immediately ordered one. The wooden stock is beautiful and I am a little worn out on plastic. The ghost ring sight is perfect and adjustable for windage and elevation, I believe I could wing shoot without it impeding me. I've only put about 20 rounds of buckshot through it so far but it's function was flawless. You usually get less than what you pay for, but in this case you get way more!

The wood grain is...
The wood grain is absolutely worth the wait. The lady doing my transfer, was flabbergasted at the quality of wood and craftsmanship. She didnt want to have to unwrap it, but we did. Q: Which stock cracks on these guns, the forstock? How is the reliability from shooting low powered bird shot to 3" slugs? I'm considering getting two of them, or should I just get a gforce gatlander?

A: I dont know and could not find out anything about stocks cracking as far as reliability. it will handle standard 2 3/4 hunting loads some some of them dont like the lower powered 1 oz loads. this may get better with more round through them

A: Hi and welcome. I have owned the wood furniture model for two years and have approximately 700rds through it and so far so good on the furniture. It took a 50 to 75rd break-in to reliably cycle low brass bird loads. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

A: I have not found any information about problems with the wood furniture cracking. Low powered bird shot should be ok. One reviewer wrote - " For my break-in I used 75 rounds of Super-X 1235fps Bird Shot (which is low brass) because its what I mostly shoot. Happy to report that I only had 2 out of 75 rounds fail to cycle, the 3nd & the 5th round. No lite strikes on any round & recoil was excellent." Stay safe & have a great day!
