I may come back and...
I may come back and edit this as time goes on, but for now - not impressed. Took it to the range and shot 1450 CPS rifled slugs, as recommended in the instruction manual. (It says to use at least 1400 FPS ammunition for the break-in period). Well, here is a breakdown of the first six rounds: 1. FTE 2. FTE 3. Clean 4. Clean 5. Double-feed 6. FTE Yikes. Stopped after that and switched to another gun. I'll keep trying and see if things change. Thus far, I would not buy this gun again.

Q: HI- I bought a rock island- and those mags are huge (the 19 rounders)---does anyone know if this takes mags that fit other guns- ie saiga etc? I don't like being forced to buy manufacturer mags only---Its always advantageous- but not always possible to get guns that have mags available by several manufacturers-or used in other guns

A: Yes, this has a smooth bore Barrel so rifled slugs will work best. And it has a 3 inch chamber so you can shoot 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. Hope this helps.
