A: Yes, these work great on all types of pistol mags. I use one on all my 12, 15 and 21 round Sig mags. A must have for loading these high count mags. It really makes it much easier to get those last few rounds loaded. Works great for 1911 mags too. I also have one made for my AR-9mm, 32 rd mags ... I couldn't load them without the Maglula loader. Get one ... you won't regret it.

A: No difference my maglula loader can be used to unload magazines as well, I just have to spin it around to the back of the case, and I can start pitching the rounds our if the magazine
