The Arisaka Defense Offset Scout Mount for Picatinny rail lets you mount compatible SureFire Scout-pattern weapon lights closer to the handguard with a low-profile, 45 degree offset position. By replacing the standard Picatinny adapter, this mount tucks the light in for improved ergonomics and better handguard clearance.
