The craftsmanship of generations of Italian gunsmiths has inspired the Veloce SP over/under shotgun’s classic side-plate design. The receiver is precision machined from special lightweight alloy and nickel-plated. It is embellished with fine, high relief scroll engraving set off by gold-embellished game birds. The Veloce SP is fitted with AA-Grade oil-finished, figured walnut stock and fore-end with 28-line-per-inch, fine line checkering.

I received my Veloce...
I received my Veloce SP and had to try it out... great looking gun with beautiful engraving and fine detail. Very nice wood as well. My FFL dealer commented on the gun when I picked it up and said it was the "Fancy" gun that just came in.The light weight, 5.5 lbs. does provide a bit of recoil but not overly so and it will be a breeze to carry in the field this Pheasant season... overall a great gun at a great price. I highly recommend it.
