GG&G AccuCAM Lever replaces the existing EOTech mounting thumbnut/mounting screw with a cam-operated quick-detach lever and an extra-large finger loop. This lets you mount and remove your EOTech faster while maintaining the same mounting height for co-witness with iron sights.
