The Griffin Armament Universal CAM-LOK Piston AAC is a universal quick-detach piston attachment designed for use with AAC Tirant-45/M suppressors on tilt-barrel handguns. It uses Griffin’s patented CAM-LOK locking interface to index and lock reliably while helping reduce the risk of baffle or end-cap strikes through proper taper-based alignment with compatible barrel adapters.
