Hoppe’s BoreSnake M-16 is a fast, one-piece bore cleaner designed for rifles chambered in .22LR to .223. Pull it through once to loosen debris, scrub with the built-in bronze brush, and leave a clean, oil-ready bore using the included cleaning area sized for faster coverage than a standard patch.

Hopped M-16 .22LR-.223 Caliber Boresnake In my opinion, this is a must-have if you shoot any 22 cal. bullet. Whether .22 short, .222, .223, 22-250, Creedmoor, or whatever. If it has a .22 cal./5.56mm bore this thing should go with you to the range or any shooting excursion. It doesn't replace a cleaning kit, but it will do a quick-clean on your barrel during extended shooting to keep to much fouling from messing up your accuracy. I have three for the different calibers, and would not go shooting without it.
