L.E. Wilson Stainless Neck Sizing Die Blank is an arbor-press neck sizing tool that lets you precisely control how much of the case neck is sized. The die uses interchangeable sizing bushings to size the outside of the neck while eliminating the conventional expander to support concentric neck alignment and help extend case life.
