NcSTAR’s Expert Plate Carrier Vest in Tan is built around 2963 Series MOLLE webbing and includes two BSC1012 soft ballistic panels sized 10 inches x 12 inches for the front and back. The shooter-cut UHMWPE soft panels are designed to flex with your movement while delivering Level IIIA protection, and the carrier includes adjustable fit features for the cummerbund and shoulders.
